Anradus is a new startup recruitment firm based in Singapore, founded by Angel Lim in 2020. The aim is to combine the elements of psychology and technology into recruitment process in identifying the right talents for the clients.

Angel is an experienced recruitment specialist. She holds a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan with full scholarship and stipend. She graduated with an outstanding CGPA (4.3/4.3) whereas her thesis was recognized as Distinguished Paper of TSC Thesis Symposium by Taiwan Management Association (TMA). She is an Honorable Member of TMA and also a member of Taiwan Psychology Association (TPA).

She also offers advice to her clients not only in regards to talent acquisition and recruitment but also employee retention, interview skills, performance management, and etc. 2 years in a row, she is the top biller of the company out of 20 recruitment consultants.
